Issuing a mobile access card is the process of issuing a mobile access card to registered employees, visitors, and members.
* Users can download only one mobile access card per site ontothe app.
* When mobile access cards are issued from multiple sites, users can own multiple cards on the app.
What is Mobile Access Card?

Mobile access cards can be issued to users who have registered on Airfob Portal or during the registration process. The user can unlock the door by contacting the access control card reader via Bluetooth or NFC after the card is downloaded onto the app.
Dynamic vs. Regular
Dynamic requires internet connection so that the portal administrator can control the user's mobile access card. Regular users can download the mobile access card and use it without internet connection.
Issuing a Mobile Access Card
1. Click Add Card
Click Add Card on the Add User or Edit screen.
Note: If you just want to add user, click the Add User button.
Note: To edit user, click on the specific user on the user list.
2. Check Card Information
Dynamic Site
(1) Card ID
Check the card ID.
Note: Card ID is automatically generated. If you want to specify the card ID, enter it manually.
(2) Means of Downloading Cards
Select the means of sending the download link to the user when the card has been issued. You can choose between emailing and SMS.
Note: Email is the basic default method for sending the card download link. Another means of sending is SMS. You can send SMS by recharging SMS capacity from the license page.

Click the valid period shortcut keys to automatically fill in the time and expiration dates on the bottom.
Note: The basic settings for shortcut keys are 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, and 1 year. When selected, the expiration date is automatically filled in.
You can adjust the date by clicking the start date and expiration date.
Note: You cannot select an expiration date earlier than the start date.
Regular Site
(1) Card ID
Check the card ID.
Note: Card ID is automatically generated. If you want to specify the card ID, enter it manually.
