Unlimited card issuance and re-issuance

When issuing or reissuing card, no separate cost is occured on dynamic sites. Unlike regular site, unlimited cards can be issued and re-issued with no extra cost.

Billing policy:  credit deduction per device

When registering a device on dynamic sites, there is charge for each device registered. For each device, based on its registration date, one credit will be deducted every month. Since each device may differ on its registration date, credit deduction date may be different for each device.

Only regular credits used

Dynamic credit uses only regular credits. When credits deduct every month for each registerd device, regular credits will be deducted. Maintenance credits used on regular sites are not used on dynamic sites.

Credits are deducted for each issuance of cards on regular site. Unlike dynamic site, no extra cost occurs when registering device on the site.

Credits will be deducted on regular site when issuing or reissuing cards. When issuing cards, regular credits will be deducted. When reissuing, maintenance credits are deducted. However, if no maintenance credits are on the site, regular credits will be deducted when reissuing cards.

On regular sites, credits are deducted upon card issuance and re-issuance.  As aforementioned on Characteristics 2, regular credits are deducted on card issuance and maintenance credits are deducted on reissuance.
