Designing a mobile access card is the process of editing the user information, user image, and background image of the card in order to make cards tailored and special.

* The card template can be saved and modified as needed.
* Card designs can be applied to the existing cards or just the cards that are to be issued.

What are Card Templates?

Basic Template

Default template provides the default card design that you can use as is or use to make additional modifications. Total of ten templates are provided.

Custom Template

Custom template lets you upload and use your own image to design the basic look of your card. Total of one template can be saved.

Design Card Template

Basic Template

1.  Select a basic template and design.


Select a basic template out of ten templates provided.

2.  Display user information.


Toggle the user information that you wish to display on the mobile access card.

3.  Hide user image.


To hide the user information on the mobile access card, toggle off the user image.

Note:  This process specifies the area where the user image will be displayed. Actual user images can be uploaded from the Add User menu.

4.  Move text location.


Click each element on the mobile access card and move the item. You can position it on the card to suit your card design.

5.  Change font size and color.


Click each text to change its font size and color.

6.  Adjust image size.


Click the image and click one of its edge and drag to adjust its size.

Custom Template

1.  Select the custom template.

Scroll to the very bottom and click + button.

2.  Upload card background image


Click the background image upload button to upload and design the card background.

Note:  jpg, jpeg, png file formats are supported. File size under 2MB can be uploaded.

3.  Display user image


To show user image on the mobile access card, toggle on the user image.

Note:  This process specifies the area where the user image will be displayed. Actual user images can be uploaded from the Add User menu.
