I have issues using mobile access card on Airfob Patch.
Please refer to the following steps and scenarios to troubleshoot.
Scenario 1. Smartphone Bluetooth is off
Scenario 2. Have not agreed on Location Service
Scenario 4. Turned off the app from the list of app in operation
Scenario 5. Tried to tap with a different mobile access card on the RF card reader registered on a different site
Smartphone Bluetooth is off
Airfob Patch and mobile access card on the smarpthone communicate via Bluetooth.
Please note on the help contents on how to turn on Bluetooth on the smartphone.

Have not agreed on Location Service
Secure, wireless mobile access card authentication is done via Bluetooth and NFC and makes use of Location Service. However, it does not save any actual location information of the user.
Agree to the use of Location Service.

Tried to tap on RF card reader with the smartphone display off when the always-on-mode has not been activated
Always-on mode lets you tap mobile access card on the RF card reader while the smartphone screen is off.
Please turn on the always-on mode by accessing the Airfob app settings.

Turned off the app from the list of apps in operation
You must have the app, Airfob Pass running to use the mobile access card.
Open the list of apps currently in operation and make sure it is turned on.
If you do not see on the list, turn on the app again.
Used a mobile access card from a site other than the one you want to enter or exit
You can store on your Airfob Pass app more than one mobile access card for each site.
If you select a different mobile access card for the site you want to enter or exit, the RF card reader may not authenticate upon the contact of the card on the RF card reader.
It will apply the same when your smartphone screen is off.
Make sure that you have selected the right mobile access card for the site.
NFC has been authentication first prior to the Bluetooth authentication due to the contact of the NFC area of your smartphone and the RF card reader.
Your smartphone and Airfob Patch communicate in Bluetooth for secure authentication.
If you are using an Android that supports the NFC, depending on the timing and the angle of your smartphone to the RF card reader, NFC may have been recognized first by the RF card reader prior to the Bluetooth authentication by Airfob Patch.
